An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the MITSU family as a Waiter for the launch of one of Shoreditch’s most anticipated new restaurants.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-focused Waiters to support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless service and exceptional hospitality.

THE ROLE
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Restaurant.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
- Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- A good working knowledge of all food products ,particularly the style and concept, as well as a good working knowledge of all beverage products. (Excellent training will be given!)
- Greet guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with MITSU philosophy and standards
- Read tables and understand guest needs and dislikes
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally you would have previous restaurant experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
- Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
- Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
- An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
- An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
