Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, styling, and special occasion looks with enthusiasm and precision
- Expertly apply various types of hair extensions, ensuring natural appearance and client satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, or retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere
- Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and product recommendations to ensure lasting results
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques
- Skilled in hair extension application methods such as tape-in, clip-in, or keratin bonds
- Background in barbering is a plus for versatile styling options
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with store management principles is advantageous for team collaboration and operational efficiency
- Experience in eyelash extensions and makeup application is desirable but not required—training available for motivated candidates
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members alike
