SP MID Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment streams across the West Midlands.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple trades across multiple occupied properties
- Overseeing direct labour on a day-to-day basis
- Working to a tight programme of works
- Completing and updating Excel programmes
- Highlighting, logging and managing variations
- Capturing evidence to support variations and completed works
- Ensuring all sites adhere to Health & Safety requirements
- Liaising with clients, tenants, operatives and the office team
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience managing kitchen and bathroom streams
- Experience within social housing
- Experience managing direct labour and multiple trades
- SMSTS
- Black CSCS Card or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple properties

Employment Basis
This role will initially be offered on a self-employed basis.
Full-time employment may be available after an initial three-month period, subject to agreement between the applicant and SP MID Ltd.
