Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. Duties
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations via various channels, including virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using organisational tools.
- Follow up with leads promptly to maximise conversion rates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- Proficiency in IT systems, CRM software, and organisational tools.
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
