The Dog is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our incredible team. We run a high tech kitchen with all of the latest equipment and our team produce award winning seasonal food in a contemporary British style.
The Dog has held Two AA Rosettes for 10 years and featured in the Top 50 Gastropubs for 6 years and is number 12 in the list in 2026. An exciting, challenging and family/friendly place to work.
If you are a kind, conscientious, creative, hard working team player then please do get in contact. We expect experience at 2 Rosette and the ability to run all sections. You will be responsible for running the kitchen on the Head Chef's days off.
This position is for 4 days a week with overtime paid after 50 hours.
Strong TRONC service charge is paid on top of the salary - £400.00 to 600.00 per month and sometimes more.
Total package estimate approx. £38k per annum.
