Are you looking to be part of a well-established practice with an incredible reputation? Vermilion – The Smile Experts in Kelso is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our fantastic team of highly experienced clinicians and nurses, two days per week.
About the Role: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls and managing appointments
- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Handling payments and issuing costs
- Admin tasks relating to referrals and appointments

Qualifications
- Proven office and administrative experience

- Proficiency in using office software and equipment
- Ability to manage phone calls and greet visitors professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits:
- 2 day working week. Wednesday and Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Competitive salary range: £22,000 - £25,000 per year, pro rata
