Site Manager – Harlington, Bedfordshire.
Protech Site Services Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Manager to work on a large residential development in Harlington, Bedfordshire.
We are looking for a highly motivated Site Manager with previous experience working for a national or regional housebuilder. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong commitment to delivering projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
- Promoting and maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid SMSTS Certificate
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- Previous Site Manager experience on residential developments
- Minimum 1 year cladding remediation experience
- Minimum two years' experience working with a national or regional housebuilder
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay & Benefits:
- £250.00 per day
