ARC Luton is part of an independent group of 3 bodyshops that currently employ 45+ people across our 3 sites in Luton, Bedford & Daventry. All of our sites are accredited repair centres with BS10125 & PAS2060/ARIES
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bodyshop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong career background in accident repair bodyshops
As Bodyshop Manager you will oversee the day to day running of the Luton site, whilst supporting the other two sites with project work.
Day to day responsibilities will include ensuring that the sites run effectively, safety, profitably and with good customer service. The role will require someone who can lead, support & manage the existing team.
Skills/requirements
- Minimum of 8 years accident repair bodyshop experience
- Skilled VDA with good knowledge of Audatex
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible work attitude
- Excellent communication & leadership skills with all relevant stakeholders (employees, customers, work providers etc)
- Preferably with NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Ensuring that all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations/policies are adhered to by all members of the team
- Hours are Monday – Friday, minimum of 45 hours per week,
- Salary dependant on experience, we include a bonus scheme in package
