Swim is a busy, all‑day café‑bar sat directly on the Lyme Regis seafront — sunrise flat whites, heaving lunch services, golden‑hour cocktails, and a crowd that actually appreciates good food without the ego.
We’re after a Grill Chef who’s put in the graft, can hold a section when it kicks off, and genuinely cares about what leaves the pass.

- Own your section and keep it tight

- Stay sharp on food safety
- Work with the team to keep service smooth
