Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Kitchen & Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team during the festive period. This vital role includes hands-on support in both the ChocoKitchen and Pick'n'Pack Warehouse. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations during the busiest time of the year for our Chocolate Factory!

Role & Responsibilities
- Run processes to achieve production targets whilst maintaining product quality - this will primarily be manual wrapping, packaging or boxing up chocolates
- Follow health & safety, hygiene and cleanliness/ organisation requirements in line with SALSA requirements
- Respect confidential information proprietary to Catherine’s Originals whilst engaging with social media content creation
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to Factory & Operations Manager
- Keep accurate records and documentation to support the site’s SALSA certification
Example Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- 90+% process yield and production targets OTIF (on time in full)
- All batches produced and wrapped within 48 hours

Working hours: 07:30 - 17:00 daily.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
