We wish to appoint a teaching assistant to support the teacher to plan and implement learning activities for individuals and groups. To monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher and establish supportive and constructive relationships with pupils, parents and carers. To provide short term cover for classes to which the Teaching Assistant is normally assigned, when the class teacher is unexpectedly unavailable.
The role is full-time, working 8.35am-3.15pm Monday to Friday. The contract will be for 38 weeks, term time.

Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in relevant discipline
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working with young people to provide personalised programmes of support
