Buildall Homes & Gardens is looking for a reliable, hardworking self-employed operative to join our growing team.
We undertake a wide range of high-quality residential projects including:
- Garden Rooms
- Extensions
- Patios
- Driveways
- Landscaping
- Fencing
- Groundworks
- General Building
We're looking for someone who enjoys varied work, takes pride in what they do and wants consistent work with a professional, organised company.
The Role
You'll be supporting our landscaping and carpentry teams on a range of construction projects.
Duties will include:
- General labouring
- Groundworks and excavation
- Mixing concrete and mortar
- Assisting with timber construction
- Installing patios and driveways
- Site preparation and tidy-up
- Loading and unloading materials
- Using power tools safely
- Supporting skilled trades throughout projects
What we're looking for
Essential
- Self-employed (UTR registered)
- Full UK driving licence
- Own transport to our yard or site
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
Desirable
- Previous landscaping or construction experience
- Experience with power tools
- Trailer licence
- Plant tickets (Dumper, Digger, Telehandler etc.)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Typical hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm, with overtime available.
