Supervisor
Tinderbox: A Glasgow Institution, Established in 1998 – 25 Years of Great Coffee
We are looking to add to our team in Byres road, consisting of fun, dynamic, open and honest individuals with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service.
As a Supervisor you will have both Barista and Supervisor responsibilities.
Barista responsibilities:
Our Baristas are the face of the business. In addition to crafting delicious espresso- based coffee, they will provide an excellent customer experience, maintain store cleanliness and complete general cleaning duties. Full training will be provided.
Additional supervisor Responsibilities:
· Assist the manager with the day to day running of the store
· Key Holder – Open and close the store, following cash up procedures
· Following and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
· Ordering stock relevant to the level of business
· Onboarding and training of new team members
· Set and manage high standards of work and professionalism
· Motivate and encourage their team
· Be a Tinderbox Ambassador

· Previous experience of a supervisory role is desirable
