Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Newquay, Cornwall
We're looking for an Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial construction project in Newquay on a long term assignment.
This is a site-based role, so you'll need previous experience working on commercial building developments and be confident managing specialist trade packages, procurement, and material orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on commercial construction projects
- Experience delivering specialist trade packages and materials
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Available to start in the near future
