At BAM Karaoke Box, we're searching for a unique individual who can shape the atmosphere, lead the team, engage a crowd and create unforgettable guest experiences, whilst ensuring the venue operates smoothly and professionally.
Based in our flagship Victoria venue, you'll help lead one of London's most exciting hospitality and entertainment destinations, featuring 22 private karaoke rooms, destination cocktail bar Bam Bam, corporate events, celebrations and immersive guest experiences unlike anywhere else in the city.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable hosting an entertainment experience as they are running a busy service.
The Role
As Entertainment & Performance Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the floor and a key member of the management team.
You'll act as Manager on Duty, leading service, driving standards and ensuring every guest experiences the energy and atmosphere that BAM is known for.
You'll help host and deliver entertainment experiences, engage guests, support corporate events and bring personality to the venue, whilst maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, team development and commercial performance.
We're looking for someone who understands that great entertainment and great operations go hand in hand.

About You
You'll probably be someone who naturally gravitates towards the centre of the action.
You may come from hospitality, entertainment, holiday parks, experiential venues, competitive socialising or event-led environments.
