An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with 3+ years' PQE to join a well-established Residential Property team based in Sheffield.
This role is ideal for an experienced conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career, managing a varied caseload of residential property matters within a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll have the autonomy to run your own files while benefiting from excellent administrative support and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.

The Role
You will be responsible for handling your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout the transaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Reviewing contracts, title documents, searches, and enquiries
- Preparing reports on title and advising clients throughout the transaction
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers, developers, and other solicitors
- Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Delivering outstanding client care while progressing matters efficiently
- Supporting business development and building lasting client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with 3+ years' PQE
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
