What you'll be doing
- Operating Counterbalance and Bendi/Flex forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving materials between production, storage, and dispatch areas
- Supporting stock control and inventory management
- Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
What we're looking for
- Valid Counterbalance and Bendi/Flex forklift licences
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Ability to carry out physical duties and manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a busy environment
