We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Work to Company spec
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
- Ensure all preparation is complete for service
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process, making adjustments as needed to meet standards
- Ensure Cleaning Standards are met
- Ensure all HACCAP paperwork is up to date
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
