Your New Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll lead the finance function for the UK business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across London and Australia. This role combines financial planning & analysis, regulatory reporting and tax oversight, with a strong business partnering lens to support a growing international investment platform. You will:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the UK business, including long‑term modelling and performance analysis.
- Own monthly, year‑end and regulatory reporting, including audit management and Board‑level financial statement presentation.
- Manage UK tax compliance across corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing, working closely with external advisers and HMRC.
- Act as a key business partner to senior leaders, driving cost management, financial insights and informed decision‑making.
- Oversee financial operations including payroll, banking, payments and internal controls, ensuring alignment with Group frameworks.
How do you exceed our expectations?

- Qualified finance professional with 7–10 years’ experience in financial management roles, ideally within financial services.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, UK regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Proven capability in business partnering, financial modelling and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing tax compliance and transfer pricing, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Highly analytical and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
