Head Chef – The Sun Inn, Ulverston
We've recently launched an exciting new menu centred around vibrant small plates, bold flavours, quality local ingredients and relaxed sharing-style dining—and we're looking for a Head Chef to bring that vision to life.
Working in a small, two-chef kitchen, you'll take pride in delivering beautifully presented, consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional hygiene standards. You'll work closely together, covering each other's days off and cooking side by side during our busiest services.
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for modern food, enjoys keeping up with current trends, and wants to be part of an ambitious kitchen focused on creating memorable dining experiences.
