Care Assistant required for busy residential care home. Full or part time.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer sponsorship.
Must be flexible and willing to cover extra shifts for holidays and sickness.
Mainly dayshift but may include odd nights.
Must be a team player, honest and reliable.
JOB PURPOSE:
· To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards.
· To ensure Residents retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Home.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
· Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· Team player
· Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
· Satisfactory DBS Check
Desired
· GVNQ or equivalent in Health and Social Care but Care Certificate offered
Pay: £12.71 per hour
