About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to join our team, with potential progression opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in great customer service, and is happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing warm, helpful customer service
- Operating the till and handling payments accurately
- Restocking shelves and maintaining tidy, organised displays
- Keeping the shop clean, presentable, and welcoming
- Supporting day‑to‑day shop operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Following company policies and maintaining high standards at all times
- Lone working may be required at times, depending on staffing and shift patterns
