Duties

- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of food items
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently while adhering to sanitation protocols
- Restock supplies and organize storage areas to facilitate smooth kitchen operations
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver excellent service in a busy environment
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols within a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
