Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and processing paperwork
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; organisational skills are crucial for success in this role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving a broader client base
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently
- A valid driving licence is desirable for conducting property viewings across different locations
