Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced part time School Driver for a fixed term 6 month contract, there may be a requirement for this to be extended. The role is based from our head office in Altham Accrington, 20 hours per week term time only.
The hours required are from 7:30am - 9:30am and 2:30pm to 4:30pm each day Monday to Friday.
Duties
- To ensure the vehicle is always, clean, tidy and a daily/weekly vehicle maintenance check is completed.
- Build positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers or parents, and staff at the destination.
- Be available for both morning and afternoon school runs on all school days.
Experience
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience of transporting children and young people.
- Previous experience of working with in a care setting.
