Cleverchefs is an elegant catering company which operates in many sectors of the hospitality industry. Our business is continually growing and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a talented cook/catering assistant in one of our care home sites. This role offers a great work life balance and the opportunity to be creative working with delicious fresh produce.
THE ROLE
The role is to prepare and cook lunch and assist in the serving of lunch, catering for around 60 meals a day as well as occasional theme day for the residents on site.
4 out of 7 days, day time only, no evenings, finishing by 14.30pm
You will be responsible for supporting the chef manager of the kitchen, maintaining our high food standards and making sure our kitchens comply with the health and safety management system we have put in place.
We are looking for our cook to have great people management skills and understand the importance of exceptional customer service.
Experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen is required.
