We’re growing our London team and looking for a dynamic Bartender who brings strong communication skills, ambition, and a hands-on approach to driving face-to-face engagement. If you thrive in fast-paced bar, restaurant, or hospitality settings, you’ll lead on-site customer acquisition efforts across live pop-ups, promotional venues, and high-footfall locations throughout the city, taking ownership of performance targets and personal growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing interactive setups at active promotional locations across London
- Participating in on-site briefings, target setting, pitch workshops, and daily huddles with team associates
- Engaging directly with prospective buyers to deliver persuasive brand presentations and drive customer acquisition
- Supporting team members in securing account registrations and digital sign-ups while maintaining high service standards
- Tracking daily performance benchmarks, evaluating conversion rates, and optimizing communication strategies on the floor
- Mentoring newer team members to improve objection handling, presentation techniques, and customer service skills
- Collaborating with account partners to hit weekly and monthly campaign targets
- Ensuring event presentation areas and popup bars are organized, high-energy, and optimized for maximum foot traffic

Experience in bartending, food & beverage, hospitality leadership, retail sales support, or event coordination is welcome, but not essential. We provide comprehensive paid training, you just need to bring drive, resilience, and great social skills.
