We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Simulation Centre team and support the delivery of high-quality simulation-based education across Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide administrative support to the Simulation Faculty and wider Clinical Education Team, helping to ensure simulation training activities run smoothly and effectively.
Based primarily at Wexham Park Hospital, you will play an important part in supporting healthcare professionals to develop their skills in a safe learning environment. There may also be occasional opportunities to work across other Trust sites, so some travel will be required.
As a Simulation Centre Administrator, you will:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for activities within the Simulation Centre.
Help coordinate simulation training sessions, ensuring they are organised efficiently and run smoothly.
Support faculty members, learners, and visitors, helping to create a professional, welcoming, and positive learning experience.
Assist with scheduling, record keeping, communications, and the preparation of simulation events.
Work closely with colleagues across the Clinical Education Team to support the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes.
