Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales, digital marketing efforts and manage our Amazon Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise our e-commerce platform including Amazon, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing tools, and the ability to analyse data to inform decision-making. The E-Commerce Manager will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns, website optimisation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and optimise customer experience.
- Manage Amazon Accounts.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring website functionality, content accuracy, and user-friendliness.
- Oversee SEO optimisation, including keyword research, content creation, and technical improvements to improve search engine rankings.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, email marketing, social media management, and B2B marketing channels.
- Utilise Google Analytics and other analysis tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness; prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Lead project management initiatives for website updates, new feature integrations, and promotional activities using organisational skills and time management techniques.
- Create compelling copywriting content for product descriptions, banners, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop in collaboration with the creative team to enhance branding efforts.
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as IT providers or marketing agencies to support platform enhancements.
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth in B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance on best practices in social media management and online advertising.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft engaging content across various channels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and social media management tools is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
- IT literacy with a good understanding of website optimisation techniques and project management methodologies.
