Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced floor and wall tiler to complete tiling works on a high-quality residential extension.
Scope of Works
- 3 bathrooms (including 1 wet room)
- 1 downstairs WC
- Large extension floor incorporating underfloor heating (UFH)
The project is expected to take approximately 2–3 weeks. I am looking for the right tradesman to start ASAP.
The successful applicant must have proven experience, particularly with wet rooms and UFH systems, and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship with excellent attention to detail. You will be working alongside an experienced builder and his labourer, so reliability and good communication are essential.
