The role is for a Lettings Negotiator based out of our Nottingham office (East Circus Street, NG1 5AF). The role will include the following duties:
- Handling new tenant viewing enquiries by call or email, and booking in viewings.
- Handling tenancy applications, liaising with tenants and landlords, organising/collating all processes in order to set up a new tenancy.
- Drafting new tenancy agreements.
- Listing properties for rent.
- Viewings at properties. The candidate must have use of their own car.
- Handling bills received for our properties.
- Other computer based admin associated with residential lettings.
The candidate is required to have:
- Previous residential lettings experience, at least 2 years.
- Strong administration and organisational capabilities, and enjoys such work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to deal with clients by phone, e-mail or face to face.
- Computer competency (Microsoft word, excel, outlook emails, use of tablet, internet software, etc).
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Ability to handle conflict and overcome scenarios.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets.
- Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
- Great people skills with clients and colleagues
- Full driving license, and use of own car.

|This position is based out of our office, rather than from home, as we experience better team organisation and cohesion being all based out of one office (rather than remotely).
Working hours Monday to Friday 9 - 5:30pm, and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9 - 12.
