Role Responsibilities:
- Managerial oversight of the day to day running of the service
- Responsible for ensuring full regulatory and audit readiness.
- Drive revenue, meet KPIs, and secure new client packages.
- Lead teams, strengthen recruitment, boost retention, and maintain compliant onboarding.
- Oversee daily delivery, monitor KPIs, and ensure efficient rostering and timesheet control.
- Build trusted client and stakeholder partnerships; represent the service professionally.
- Handle complaints promptly and use feedback to improve service standards.
To be successful you will:
- Experience in management within a domiciliary provider
- Strong relationship building, and increasing of hours
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experienced with CQC
- 1 Year experience as a CQC registered Home Care Manager
