Responsibilities

- Utilize hand tools and schematics to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, networking components, and other technical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent failures and extend lifespan.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and network devices according to specifications.
- Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Document all service activities thoroughly, including repairs performed, parts replaced, and system status updates.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair procedures, system status, and recommended maintenance actions.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work confidently with hand tools.
- Proficiency in computer hardware repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts including routers, switches, and network cabling.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for complex equipment.
- Experience in computer repair and general equipment troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of system maintenance procedures to ensure reliable operation of hardware systems.
