Duties
- Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs both in the workshop and onsite at client locations
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues and implement timely solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute electrical projects efficiently
- Document work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations for record-keeping
Requirements
- Proven experience as an electrician with hands-on knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc.
- Skilled in operating power tools necessary for electrical work
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics with clarity
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Reliable transportation to travel between workshop and onsite locations as needed
