Contract: [Fixed Term to start September 2026]About the RoleWe are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our small and welcoming school community. As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and efficient front-of-house experience.Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting visitors, parents, pupils, and staff.
- Managing telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Maintaining pupil and school records accurately.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the school office.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Assisting with attendance records and general office duties.
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team as required.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office applications.
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Be professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
