Location: Bristol (BS34 area)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000] per year (Negotiable based on experience) + up to £10,800 annual bonus potential

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- One Saturday per month: 08:00 – 14:00

The LCM Group is a proud, family-owned and operated garage in Bristol. We operate LCM Automotive (offering All Makes/Models servicing, repairs, and Class 4 MOTs) and Advanced Porsche Care (our specialist Porsche division).
We are known for our honest, high-quality service and fiercely loyal local customer base. We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our friendly, tight-knit workshop family where your dedication will be genuinely appreciated and rewarded.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality servicing and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Accurately diagnose faults and determine efficient solutions.
- Carry out safety checks and vehicle inspections to regulatory standards.
- Maintain clear, detailed records of work completed and parts used.
- Work efficiently with the team to meet deadlines while maintaining our "right first time" ethos.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a vehicle technician.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in vehicle mechanics (or equivalent proven hands-on experience).
- Licence: Valid UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points).
- Bonus Points: An active Class 4 MOT Tester licence or experience working with Porsches is a major plus, but not essential (we support ongoing training!).
