The ideal candidate will be experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various makes and models
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brake service, timing belts, tyre rotations, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay up to date with industry standards and technology
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical)
- Own tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certification (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
