This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated chef who can bring passion, leadership, and innovation to our kitchen and take the restaurant to the next level.
Alongside the restaurant, we have a growing functions and events business, offering the opportunity to develop menus and experiences that will attract new customers and increase revenue. We’re looking for someone with the creativity, leadership and commercial drive to take the food operation to the next level.
As Head Chef, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated kitchen team.
- Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with management to drive the success and reputation of the restaurant.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a similar role, strong organisational skills, and the creativity to deliver memorable dining experiences.
The salary range includes a share of the service charge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
