You’ll be joining our internal training academy team in Manchester city centre (M1 1FN)
The role is initially a fixed-term contract for 12 months
Full-time hours (37 hours over Monday - Friday)
Working onsite at our Manchester training academy
City centre-based, close to local amenities and a short walk from both Piccadilly and Victoria train stations

Your future, your role
As an Academy Experience Coordinator, you’ll be:
Owner of the day-to-day running of the mydentist Academy facility and programmes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for delegates and tutors
Taking care of the learning facilities, classrooms, learning materials and consumables and ensuring that delegates and tutors are set up for a great learning experience
Building relationships with external tutors and internal customers of the Academy facility to truly understand their needs and factor this into the overall learning experience
Acting as the first point of contact (online, phone and in person) for queries from all internal colleagues and external speakers, consider how we continually drive a high-quality service to all of the Academy customers
Working with our venue booking partner to book, manage and schedule training at external venues where the Academy is not a suitable location for the training
Your skills:
Has worked in a complex organisation and coordinated people, tasks and facilities
Confident working with data and systems, including Excel and MS Teams
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisation and planning skills
Comfortable working alone as well as collaborating with the wider team and business
