Salary: £15.00 per hour
Job Summary / ResponsibilitiesAs a Casual Bus Driver, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by safely transporting customers between our car park and the airport, while supporting the day-to-day operation of our reception.Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely transporting customers to and from the airport.
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading luggage.
- Efficiently and accurately processing customer bookings via telephone and face-to-face.
- Completing customer check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
- Carrying out additional receptionist duties as required, including welcoming customers, responding to enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Working 8-hour or 12-hour shifts on a casual basis as required, with both day and night shifts available.
- Receiving shift schedules up to one month in advance where possible, with occasional ad hoc shifts available to cover unexpected absences.
Job Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Possess an in date CPC.
- Hold a valid PCV D1 (Minibus) licence.
- Have a minimum of two years' minibus driving experience (essential).
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers, follow safety procedures, and complete incident or other reports.
- Be reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.
