Creative Bars Manager required for innovative Private Members Club and Hospitality Concept.
The Belle Collective are interested in speaking with experienced, dynamic and creative Bars Manager to join the team of Bromley’s oldest Hospitality destination ‘’The Royal Bell’’.
Originally built in 1666 and redesigned in 1898, The Royal Bell is a Grade 2 listed re imagined as a five-storey, design lead leisure destination offering elevated service and culinary excellence across multiple pieces including;
- private members club
- bar and grill
- pizza joint and café run in partnership with chef Aldo Zilli
- Royal Hall grand ballroom
- expansive garden and members terrace,
- event spaces and 14 hotel rooms.
Defined by connection it’s a place for members to work, unwind, celebrate, and belong.

The Bars Manager will play a hands-on role in the daily operation of The Royal Bells beverage spaces.
Responsible for high standards and creativity behind the bar, smooth running shifts, delivery of excellent guest service, and supporting and developing bar staff, the Bars Manager is a key component of our management team.
You will have strong cocktail knowledge and extensive drinks knowledge, from spirits and wine to garnishing and glassware alongside leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience.
Adaptable to both focused and high volume service you will be present and proactive, leading by example setting the tone on shift, ensuring service runs efficiently, and helping team members deliver a consistent and positive experience across all areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Support in drinks menu creation alongside planning and delivering service that meets commercial, operational, and guest expectations
- Encourage upselling and guest engagement to support spend per head targets
- Support with stock management and efficient use of talent during service
- Collaborate with the senior team to deliver consistent performance and high guest satisfaction
- Confident with financial elements alongside ordering and overall bar organisation
- Train and mentor junior team members
What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience leading high performance teams within a premium high end Hospitality operation
- Confidence to take control, define and implement standards and train and develop team members.
- Ability to deliver outstanding team service and guest experience during high-volume, high-pressure service periods
- Strong operational understanding, intuitive and polished people skills
- A critical-thinking approach, always asking “how can we do this better?”
