Our mission is to develop our Fitness Clubs to be the hub of our communities. We need passionate, dedicated team players looking to drive performance daily and make a difference to your team, local community, and partners.
As a duty manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the club. Assisting members, managing bookings, and ensuring all health & safety is managed and the club looks fantastic.

To be the best, we need the following.
· A passion for health and fitness.
· Drive, enthusiasm, and can lead from the front.
· Hands-on and willing to get ck in; no job is too big or small.
· A proven track record in delivering sales targets, managing databases, and driving leads into a fitness business.
· An excellent understanding of the member journey in a fitness club.
· An excellent communicator.
