Eurocarb Products Ltd is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our small, hardworking team in Avonmouth. Working Monday to Friday 08.00- 17:00.
This isn't a job where you'll be standing around waiting for the clock to tick. We are looking for someone proactive, who genuinely enjoys being busy and takes pride in doing a good job.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Receiving and storing stock.
- Keeping the warehouse organised and tidy.
- Assisting with stock checks.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Helping with general warehouse duties as required.
Experience
We're more interested in attitude than experience.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Hardworking and willing to get stuck in.
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling (25kg bags!).
- Happy working in a dusty environment handling activated carbon products.
- Able to work well as part of a small team where everyone helps each other.
- Keen to learn and take responsibility.
Previous warehouse experience is useful but not essential. Forklift experience would be an advantage, although training may be available for the right candidate.
