We are currently recruiting for a Service Helpdesk Admin Support to work as part of our strong and motivated Helpdesk based in our Motherwell Office covering an engineering team throughout Scotland.
The Administrator will be responsible for contract and engineering administration along with client contact. Playing a role within the team scheduling and communicating with our engineering team and working with other departments.
Main duties:
· Key communication of completion of jobs to customers and internal billing
· Monitoring Service mailbox – continual communication with clients, providing updates
· Activations – data recording and client communication of issue logs
· Data input into CRM platform
· Service invoicing – approval and completing
Experience:
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple priorities and achieve tight deadlines.
· Excellent relationship management and motivating skills
· Demonstrate strong skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Previous experience preferred but not mandatory
