Multi-Trader / Plumber – Property Maintenance & Void Works
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader with strong plumbing experience to work on ongoing property maintenance and void refurbishment works across South London.
The ideal person will be confident completing a range of works independently, particularly bathroom refurbishments and general property repairs.
Experience required includes:
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Full/partial bathroom installations
- Baths, basins, toilets, taps and showers
- Pipework, wastes and valves
- Basic carpentry and making good
- Skirting and minor finishing works
- Wall panels/cladding
- General property maintenance
- Ideally able to undertake basic decorating and other multi-trade works
You must have your own tools and transport, be reliable, work to a high standard and be comfortable working in social housing and void properties.
Pay: £250 per day, with ongoing work available for the right person.
