- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Management role
- Experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia Home
- Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification
- Strong clinical and operational background
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience leading teams and maintaining quality standards within a care home setting
- Currently living and working in the UK with full and unrestricted right to work

Position Overview
This is a selective opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing and residential care home.
You will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, strong team culture, regulatory compliance and operational stability.
This role is suited to confident leaders who combine strong clinical knowledge with proven management ability.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for care quality, compliance and operational performance
- Lead and develop nursing and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Maintain strong CQC standards and governance frameworks
- Drive occupancy and service performance
- Manage staffing, rotas, training and workforce development
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
- Ensure accurate reporting and continuous quality improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Home Manager experience within a UK care or nursing home
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and inspections
- Commercial awareness with ability to maintain service stability
- Compassionate leadership style focused on culture and quality
Please note: this role is not suitable for Deputy Managers or Clinical Leads seeking progression without prior Home Manager experience.
