Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and repair works
- Carpentry tasks and installations
- Basic plumbing works
- Painting and decorating
- Property and site maintenance
- Assisting with general building works when required
Requirements
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience essential
- Strong carpentry skills
- Experience in plumbing and painting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
