Due to continued growth, P4 Solar is looking to recruit two experienced Solar Installers/Roofers to join our installation team with immediate starts available.

The Role
You'll be responsible for installing domestic and possibly some commercial solar PV systems, carrying out roofing work where required and ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Your Responsibilities
- Install solar PV mounting systems and panels.
- Carry out installations on slate, tile and flat roofs.
- Complete roof repairs and remedial work where required.
- Work safely at height and follow all health and safety procedures.
- Identify and resolve roofing issues before installation.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent P4 Solar professionally.
- Work closely with colleagues to complete installations on time.
- Complete site documentation and report any issues promptly.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing solar PV systems or extensive roofing experience with a desire to continue within the solar industry.
- Experience working on slate, tile and flat roofs.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Professional, courteous and customer focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- CSCS Card.
- Working at Height certification.
- Solar PV installation experience.
- Roofing qualifications.
- Experience mentoring junior installers.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
