Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will provide essential support to individuals in care home. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation.
- Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring they are followed accurately.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in both care home settings and client homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.
