St Bernadette’s is a small, friendly primary school and we are looking for an Admin Officer to work in our school office.
You will be part of a two man team who keep the school running and ensure that our children are well looked after. Every day is different, there will be some challenges but if you enjoy working as part of a team to problem solve you are sure to thrive in this environment.
Although the majority of your time will be to complete finance and personnel tasks, such as collecting payments for dinners and trips, submitting claim forms, placing orders and paying invoices, there will also be other tasks which fill your day, such as attending to children’s welfare, sharing reception duties and some hospitality.
The role will also include being Clerk to the Governors, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and attending and minuting meetings. There may be some additional evening hours to work occasionally.
Training is available for all aspects of the role.
